Wrong respond to mouse clicks after the last update. Mac.
After the last updates Spine starts to behave wierd. Does not responds to the most clicks. In the hierarchy the nodes can not be selected. It's even impossible to close properly because I can't click "Exit without saving".
Nothing changed after reinstalling from the fresh install. 
Thanks for the report, we'll look into it.
Solved after rebooting.
