  • Spine export a lot of images

Hello

When I export my animation to the target folder, Spine creates some images with animation's pictures. What is strange and a bit uncomfortable is that in the first PNG located 90% images used in the animation and in another 2, 3 or 4 PNGs are one or two images per PNG. I was searching forum and internet but didnt find response.
What may be a reason to separating images by Spine to the several PNGs ?

I would be thankfully for help

Best regards,

Wedro

Do those one or two images in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th PNG take up most of the space in the PNGs? You can adjust the texture atlas page size in the atlas settings when exporting. You can also scale down your images in the atlas settings to conserve space.

Problem is that in the PNG is only one image and it takes like 1% of the whole PNG what makes, that I have 1 PNG full in meaby 25% and 2-3 where is one small object and 99% empty space on PNG.

If you can provide the images that don't pack correctly, we can take a look.

Ok I found solution!
So fiddling ;_;

Problem appears when I take full resolution image and cut parts of it in the graphical program, PS, Gimp whatever. When I cut this image and paste it, image will have same resolution as a main object whereon I cut part. That why even small object takes whole place cause its workplace is as large as maximum resolution set up in Spine to export.
When I made work place smaller, for example a bit larger than cut object, everything work fine 🙂

If someone also will have this problem, hope that this post help, if not just write to me 🙂

Thank you all for help!
