Hi, sorry for poor english.

At attaching a image, I can't understand why the image's position is decided at odd position.

I think the image's position will be near, or center of attaching bone.
(I don't expect image's angle is aligned with bone's angle.)

but never happen! since spine 2.*.
It's your design?
🙂

I can't reproduce the bug.

When I drag a new image to front_foot slot, it's centered on the front_foot bone.

But It happens... often.

I tried with your example 'spineboy-mesh', doesn't happen.

But my project, I am afflicted with that bug since spine editor 2.*.

my info:
Windows 10
Spine 3.4.02 Professional

Ah, I think I found the bug. I'll confirm in a second.

When the root bone is not at (0, 0), dragging a new image to a slot causes the root bone offset to be applied twice.

It's normally a good idea to leave the root bone at (0, 0) and not animate it, but attachment positioning shouldn't break just because you decided to move it.

Oh that's something that happened to me when I imported some artwork, moved the root bone to match the center of the character leg, then moved the root bone back in place, generally meshes or random parts started to go in strange directions. Could this be related? (I posted a video months ago)

Possibly. Can you link me to that video, Erikari? Might be relevant.

Sure, it was this one: (sorry for not attaching it earlier in this thread)
