I purchased and installed Spine (running on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit) last week and so far it has worked fine. But today when I go to open the program it tries to download and install an update, but it fails every time and won't let me open the program itself. Details below:
When I open the program I get this message on the launcher:
"Connecting to esotericsoftware.com:80..."
"Downloading: Spine update"
And then the screen immediately goes to:
"Sorry, the update has failed. See spine.log for more information. Please check your internet connection"
After that the only options are "Retry" and "Close". I have checked my internet connection (which is working fine), so I know that isn't the problem. I have tried clicking "Retry" a number of times, but it fails each time (even after restarting my computer and relaunching the program).

I have no idea what's wrong here (and I'm still brand new to the software), so any help would be greatly appreciated!
