3.0.00 version is ok

but

3.1.00₃.1.12 version is bad...

Exported raptor.json, atlas.txt and png from 3.1.02.
It worked correctly.

Are you using the latest Spine-Unity runtime?
I recognize from your Inspector that your version is a little older.
