购买完两三天了，一直下载不了。每次下载spine都是快结束，就连不上服务器。
今天连官网都访问不了。

Sorry you are having trouble! Have you tried a VPN? The server is up and working fine. There's nothing about the server that should cause your download to fail right before it finishes -- it must just be bad luck. 
Most browsers should be able to resume a download that fails. The server supports resume.
Make sure you don't use "downloader" software, as that can try to open too many connections and the server may ban you temporarily if it is too aggressive.
I am pleased to report that, as you suggested, I was able to successfully download the file without using the download software. Your advice is very useful, and I am very grateful for your timely help.
