  • Bone order keyframing

Hello! I'm trying to create a "spike" with a 3D effect. I have three sprites that I'll be gradually changing, but I have a problem with the front one. To make the transition between them smoother, I thought about creating this "rig" where the base of the front goes one way and the center (which would be the tip) goes another. The issue is that due to the weighting order, sometimes it renders correctly and other times it doesn't. You can see what I mean in the screenshots I've attached.

Is there any way to assign keys to the bone order, as changing that order solves the problem?

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, that's not possible. A practical solution would be to duplicate the mesh attachment, adjust the bone order in the duplicated attachment, and switch between the two attachments as needed during the animation.
