Unable to activate

I upgraded my Spine from the trial version to the paid version, but after installing it from the official website, there is no activation interface when I open the software. When I enter the program, it is still in trial mode and has not been activated.

Sorry you are having trouble! The trial version is completely separate from the full version. You'll need to download and install the full version from your Spine license page.

You can uninstall the trial or keep it around, it won't interfere with the full version.

The link is on your Spine license page. That was given when you purchased and also emailed to you. If you can't find it, you can have it emailed to you again here:
