Sorry, the server could not be contacted

I bought serveral copies of pro versions in 2017, they were good in the first few years. Then one day one of the copies stopped working, prompt "Sorry, the server could not be contacted" when launch. Disable firewall or AV don't fix it. In log file it says:

how to fix it?

Wang You seem to be using a very old version of the Spine launcher. Currently, Spine cannot be launched with 3.8 and older versions of the launcher. Please download the latest installer from your license page and reinstall Spine to update the launcher version. (You can use the old editor even if you update the launcher.)
