Older versions of the Spine launcher do not log out when using Spine editor versions <= 3.8.99. You can still logout by running a v4 Spine editor and clicking Logout on the settings dialog.

Later we fixed that problem. If you have the latest launcher, logout should work even when you use Spine editor versions <= 3.8.99. You can get the latest launcher from your Spine license page.
