An update to this situation. I tried many video player softwares and found varying results.
GOMPlayer, Windows Media Player, Photoshop CS6, and GFYCat upload shows the colors in the right form.
Windows 10 Movies & TVs, VLC, PotPlayer, and Avidemux show the incorrect (high saturation, yellow-ish) colors. However, there has been some weird results when attempting to figure this out.
In VLC, changing Video Output to "Windows GDI video output" displays the right colors but produces hard edges around the moving colors. In PotPlayer, when I changed the Video Rendering to OpenGL, it was apparently the only Rendering option that shows the colors correctly. However, the player had poor performance when playing and looping the video.
