  • Change mesh nodes only on selected nodes keyframes

Hey you there,

Wouldn't be a great tool if we could only select copy and paste only selected nodes on a mesh insted of all the time pasting the whole bunch of nodes at once.

I mean, If I have a mesh that I already made some adjustments, and has a keyframe, and then need to correct just a few nodes of that mesh, not everything, paste only that changed nodes on the next keyframes,

Now is like you loose all the adjustments at once if you have to make an adjustment of just one area.

just an idea :nerd: 8)

Hello Jorge, this proposal has been made several times before, unfortunately for the way meshes work, I highly doubt this to be doable. You can read more about it for example here: [Request] Extra mesh deformation animation track?
Still thanks for the proposal, we appreciate ideas to improve Spine and we're happy to consider them if they're doable 😃

While Erikari is right that multiple deform timelines for the same mesh is unlikely to be a feature we can support, it does make sense to be able to copy/paste vertex positions. We've added this in 3.7.56-beta. It copies the selected vertices. When pasting, if the same number of vertices are selected, it applies the positions to those. This allows copy/paste to a different attachment, though you'd only want to do that when the other attachment has vertices that are the same or similar. If no vertices are selected or a different number are selected, the copied vertices are affected.
