I suggest using the latest version of Spine if you can. 3.5.51 is very old and the crash you see is caused by running a newer version of Spine, then going back to 3.5.51. To use 3.5.51 you will need to reset your settings by deleting this file:

Windows: <user home folder>\Spine\prefs.json
Mac: <user home folder>/Library/Application Support/Spine/prefs.json
Linux: <user home folder>/.spine/prefs.json

Gotcha. Remove your pref.json file, then you can start 3.5.51, import the .skel file, save as a .spine project file, then you can open that in newer versions of Spine.

That looks like a bug in 3.5.51. Unfortunately it is many years old and we won't do any new 3.5 releases. However, I have recovered your project file, here is a version that works in 3.8:

Which keys were lost? I see IK constraint keys, but they don't increase the mix above zero. Is that the problem? It may be easier for you to recreate the keys, especially since you only have a few animations. It's difficult for us to fix bugs in 3.5.51 because it is many years old.
